We Believe in Building Careers as a Work of Art…

Our employees are passionate about helping patients and physicians achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. We believe in the value that each team member’s background and experience provides to better our products and services.  As a thriving young company, we are built upon experience with the passion to innovate further, together.

Located in historic Lexington, Massachusetts with our parent company, Tepha, Inc, we work closely with Tepha engineers and scientists alongside with our commitment to Product Development and Clinical.  Our teams are not bound by function or geography; instead, we operate with the understanding that we’re better together. Working closely with all levels of our organization and learning through each other, our employees hold each other accountable for what they do and are excited about our future. In fact, many of our employees bring their experience from other specialties to help develop the P4HB scaffold.

As we continue to grow, you can feel the energy and excitement our employees have in the organization. “Galatea scaffold just makes sense for patients,” is commonly heard from our employees. We tend to believe in this as a company as well. If you are interested in building your own career as a work of art, come join us as we grow:

  • Committed to innovation
  • Driven by clinical and scientific evidence
  • Powered by passion

Galatea is always looking for individuals that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, who are not afraid to work hard, and are passionate about bringing new technology to the marketplace.
